Adventurer 901SB - Custom Order
The Adventurer 901SB is a classic hard-side camper built for long-haul comfort - without the complexity of a slide-out. Designed for 6.5'+ short-bed and 8' long-bed trucks, this 9'1" camper offers a smart, spacious layout that includes the largest wet bath in the industry and more counter space than any other non-slide model in our lineup. With a full-featured galley, queen bed, and generous storage throughout, the 901SB blends everyday practicality with four-season performance - perfect for adventurers who value simplicity, comfort, and time-tested durability.

PLANNING FOR A TRUCK CAMPER
THE BASICS
- Rubber bed mats: These mats go under your camper to prevent it from sliding, and protect your truck bed. We supply these for ~$100.
- 7-way cable. This powers the DOT running lights on your camper. We sell them for ~$45.
- Camper tie-downs. If not already part of the camper, you'll need frame mounts & turnbuckles. We recommend Torklift Locking FastGun turnbuckles, which'll set you back ~$1,000 for a set of 4.
- Rear suspension upgrades. Depending on your payload, you may need to upgrade your truck's suspension. It can improve safety, stability & comfort. We'll talk through your situation to see if it's really necessary.
- Batteries in camper. Whether your camper comes with a battery or not, you'll want to consider your power needs and how you want to charge the batteries (e.g. solar, truck, and/or shore charging). We recommend redundancy when solar might be limited by weather or shade.
Those washboards & deeply potholed backroads can really do a number on ya.
So start with TorkLift FastGuns. After that, make sure you dial in your suspension, and add recovery gear, like an ARB Air Compressor, a winch, and some MaxTrax.
