Return Policy
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused/uninstalled, in their original packaging with all tags, hardware, and manuals included, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned used, installed, incomplete, or damaged may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
Email info@truckcampergarage.com with your order number, the item, and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll send you an RMA number and instructions. Items sent without prior approval/RMA will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise noted for specific items, all approved returns must be shipped to our showroom and returns location:

Shipping Costs & Restocking

For buyer’s remorse returns, you are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Oversized or special-order items may incur up to a 15% restocking fee if opened or not in resalable condition (we’ll notify you before any deduction). Items must be returned with appropriate insurance to cover the full cost of the item. We may not process refunds if the item arrives at the showroom damaged, and we will attempt to notify you using any contact details you provided.

If we made an error or the item is defective, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping.
Freight & Oversized Deliveries (LTL)
Inspect freight deliveries at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt before signing and take photos of the exterior box, interior packaging, and the product. Report freight damage to info@truckcampergarage.com within 48 hours. Missing notes/photos or late reporting may reduce or void carrier coverage.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item per this policy and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
We’ll email you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your approval email, contact info@truckcampergarage.com.
Warranties
Many products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help with documentation, but warranty approval and remedies are determined by the manufacturer. Please consult relevant manuals and paperwork.
