Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise specified at checkout. Since many items we offer are fulfilled by third parties, please refer to the email notifications during the ordering process for more accurate processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed the next business day. Items identified for pick-up at the TCG showroom will generally be ready for pickup within 24-36 hours.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary depending on the vendor, product, size, weight, and destination. Final shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by vendor, carrier and location. All times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss
Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We or the fulfillment vendor will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or damaged in transit, but we are not responsible for the outcome of carrier claims.
